But then she started having fun. She got to use one of her favorite words over and over again.
"Avery is your egg done yet?"
"No."
"Can I take it out?"
"No."
"Do you like the color yet?"
"No."
Then she would reach for the dipper to help me get it out to look at.
The other two thought it was hilarious.
All turned out well. A picture of the dried and decorated eggs will show up soon.
Happy Easter!

it does go really fast, doesn't it? I saw a thread on 2ps about using up the dye on a scrapbook page, darn it now I wish I hadn't thrown all that away! I mean at least I could have let him watercolor with it a bit first. oh well. next year.
I am STILL fighting it. I'm thinking tomorrow morning-- better dye the eggs tonight, huh?
Ooooh, Ducky, that's a good idea. Note to self: find watercolor paper. Before tomorrow morning. In between dying eggs.
Um, BOIL the eggs tonight. Better BOIL the eggs tonight.
Sheesh.
Oooooooh! I can't wait to see the final product! These pics are too cute as it is! :-)
