For the last hour and a half, maybe two hours, my kids have been working on their summer packets. What this means to you non-highline academy people is work that was assigned for the summer. The problem is that the kids did not bring home summer packets this year. THEY CREATED THEIR OWN PACKETS! They have math and literacy/language arts sections.
I am not joking.
Today is the first day of summer vacation and my kids are back to work.
I am not sure if I should be proud or dismayed.... right now I am going with dismayed.

wow! I have nothing to say but Wow! These kids are not going to let boredom set in.
Mine TOTALLY did the same thing. At least, the girls did. Baxter wanted no part of it; he was hip-deep in Lego all day.
