My Father-in-law has a saying. When you are trying to get a family picture with kids in it "the chances of getting a good picture is 1 over the number of kids squared."
Well, we took the kids to get their pictures taken this weekend. And at first things didn't look good.
Avery was supposed to nap on the way there. Didn't happen.
Dillon's goofy smile returned.
Bailey had this shoulder shug thing going, along with a tight lipped smile.
Oh no.. is this wasted time?
But wait, we are working with professional kid picture takers here. Surprise! 2 out of 3 are smiling! Wait, we are having fun! They are laughing. Yeah!
If only Avery had taken her nap. Oh well. There is always next time.
