My kids got to experience one of the negative aspects of Denver driving last night. They saw someone flip a bird.
Fantastic.
I was driving up to one of Dillon's hockey games. It was rush hour traffic. I looked back... there was plenty of room... I started to merge into the left lane. Horn blaring, the "gentleman" speeds up and cuts me off... all while flipping me the bird. Then I look back at the kids. Dillon asks "what does this mean?"
And then this morning, Bailey does it. "Mom, what does this mean?"
Great...another piece of their innocence gone thanks to today's society. A fabulous end to an already fabulous day.

The bird! The boy next door to our house in VA told me that that was sign language for 'i love you'. So, I went in the kitchen and showed mom. Aunt Velva was sitting at the kitchen table.
Oops.
Ohh- that's bad.
